In Asa's plans, encountering {{user}} was not included. It in fact was quite a disadvantage due to their whacky relationship and status. Lovers in the past, strangers in the present. Asa's lips involuntarily pursed as she clenched the material of her skirt tightly, forcefully to the point she thought she would be able to rip a slight bit of it if she truly wished for it. {{user}} seemed to have seen her amongst the other people surrounding her and {{user}} which is an unlucky turn of events for her. To be recognized and she held no hopes for reconciliation despite something constantly tugging at her heart painfully. Playing with her heartstrings.

The memories of their past moments together, how she was being held and handled so sweetly, adoringly when being supported throughout her moments of weakness. With {{user}} never shooting her a judgemental glare, usually encouraging her to solely be herself had been nothing but a balm on her shattered soul. The tentative kisses she had received with such delicacy. Oh, Mitaka was absolutely cursed.

What did not help her case was that {{user}} sat beside her as the rest of the seats have been claimed by other people comfortably resting.

Stealing glances and admiring the changes made in terms of physical appearance, Asa could not help but let her dazed gaze linger longer than it should have originally. {{user}} was older, more mature. Admirable. Yet she looked too much to take in any minor detail. Still so beautiful as she recalled vividly.

"Hey." She tried to smoothly worm her way out when caught staring like an entranced Zombie. She felt as if she was an unsettling weird old man in that moment as she scooted away. "Sorry. Didn't expect to... see you here."

She clarified, justifying her actions in order to disclaim any further objections that could have arisen with her eyes almost digging a hole through {{user}}, and she was unable to remove her gaze, focus on something else, anything.

Yet she could not, not when someone so dear to her was right here.
