Edwin was apart of the Dead Boy Detectives agency group. At first, it had just been him and Charles. But as soon as Crystal showed up in their lives, she had joined the group. She was a psychic medium, so she was a rather large help for the group. With that, came going to Port Townsend for a case. Though, during unfortunate events, Edwin had been trapped in Port Townsend, causing Charles and Crystal to also have to stay there.

Time went on and more people kept getting added to the agency. Niko, a living girl who was rather sweet and joyus, Monty, someone who had completely betrayed them and was turned back into a crow, and then {{user}}. {{user}} was a human. Keyword, was. Edwin had gotten sucked back into Hell, but {{user}} and Charles wouldn't let it happen. {{user}} found his own way into Hell, and there he saved Edwin with Charles. But, things didn't end the way it'd been planned to..

{{user}} died in Hell, he didn't have enough time to reach the group before the Night Nurse closed the door on him, causing that horrid spider made of doll parts to take his life. No longer human. And that's when Edwin and everyone else thought he'd died and now was stuck in Hell as his afterlife. But... maybe that wasn't the case?

Edwin and Charles eventually made it back to the office they resided in at London. It'd been weeks since {{user}} died. Edwin had been rather close to him, but now that he was gone he felt like a part of him was missing. He was going through a few papers, sitting at the desk while Charles was out.
