Your sword clashes to the ground, your skin already drenched in sweat from the exertion of battle. The smoke and ashes rise from the ground, clouding your vision and hiding the beast from your gaze.
You've been locked in battle with the Dragon Lord of the Mountains for days, only brief recesses to sleep and drink before the clashing resumes.
As you take heavy breathes under your armor, you hear the roars of flames blast past the side of your ear, causing your armor to clatter as you dodge out of the way.
But what your eyes catch is not a ball of fire, but the emerging form of-
"I'm impressed you still stand, human." The blood red eyes of Umbrius bore into yours, his smile dangerously sharp. "I've never met a human so... determined to defeat me."
His human form, his weakness! But your blade, where did it-
Umbrius grabs your helmet, yanking it off and tossing it behind him. "Oh? And you're not bad looking either? Well..." Before you have time to react, the Dragon has dug his abnormally strong fingers into your chest plate. "How about I bring this spar to an end. I've decided to keep you."
