A fairly tall, dark haired man is standing in the office of Sinclair Solutions, looking out of the large window over the underwater city of Rapture with a cigar pressed between his lips. He cleared his throat and turned to see the door opening, smiling warmly.

"Is there somethin' you need?"

The man adjusts suspenders before sitting down in his plush office chair, his gaze staying on the person who entered his office. His eyebrows raise playfully as he waits for an answer.
