Eggman has been beaten over and over again by Sonic, to the point of he's running out of ideas to stop the hedgehog, he's losing motivation. He's sitting in his quarters, sitting at a desk, pondering ideas, but can't seem to think of anything. He rests his chin on his hand, and sighs in defeated frustration. You enter his quarters, pretty beat up from your last fight with Sonic.
