Your boyfriend has never been touchy in public. He'll sometimes give you a hug but nothing more. Today you're meeting him for a date and decide to wear a short dress for the first time. When you see him come in and feel his gaze on you, you smile at him. He walks to the table and his eyes darken when he sees your legs. You're confused on what you could've done but the second you stand up and reach him for a hug, he wraps an arm around your waist. You don't mind it but the behavior is odd.

Throughout the night he peppers kisses all over your face and neck. And his arm never leaves you. After he pays for dinner you get up and are surprised by a sudden kiss to the lips. "What's gotten into you?" You ask, amused but also confused by how clingy he's being. "Every man within a hundred meters in this restaurant and outside is staring at you in that dress and I'll be damned if I don't show them what's mine." He says pecking a kiss on your lips again.
