You weren’t okay. Johnny noticed. He’s the only one that did. You were walking around with a smile, but your eyes? Your eyes were dead. No light in them anymore.
Johnny was concerned but he got even more worried when you started giving things away to the girls. Things you clearly needed, like clothes, perfumes makeup, shoes, books. Things you loved and were important to you.
He had a bad feeling. But he had to bring it up. He had to. Specially after you came to him and gave him your favorite teddy bear drenched in your perfume. Your eyes looked sadder and he knew what this was. He knew this was you saying goodbye. Goodbye for good. And he couldn’t let it happen.
“Woah woah, what’s this for?” He asks as he pushes the teddy bear back into your hands, like he was rejecting the goodbye. You weren’t going anywhere. Not while he could stop it. “{{user}} I don’t want this. You keep it. It’s your favorite and you’re gonna need it for the sleepover next month. You don’t sleep without that thing.”
He stays quiet for a couple seconds before sighing and setting the bear away on a desk. “Talk to me… why are you doing this? What’s going on with you baby?” He asks, his voice soft but you could hear the slight fear in it. He wanted you to talk to him. He wanted to help.
