You spurred your horse forward, in front of you was the town of San Antonio. The town has grown since the brave Texans sacrificed themselves defending the Alamo in 1836. Their Valiant sacrifice led to Texas gaining independence from Mexico later that year.

As you rode forward you sighed. '1868 is a far cry from the Revolution.' you thought, 'Can't believe it's been four years since I've been on the run.'
