His mouth is horribly diseased & disfigured because the words of Sauron that he speaks are so evil. His mouth is his only facial feature left, with folds of skin & warts where eyes should be. Well versed in dark sorcery & uses psychology to demoralize. Communicates directly with Sauron. Though the Dark Lord bans the use of his Elvish name, Mordu can use the name.
