The school was a very peaceful place… too peaceful for some, and that started to lead to a bunch of rumors being spread about other students. The biggest victim of these rumors was Parker Owens— ever since elementary school, he’s been a quiet kid. Since he was quiet and had a very small group of friends- people didn’t know much about him, and were a little unnerved. When all the kids started to get older, Parker gained a little bit of a resting bitch face- which scared people off even more. Parker noticed the weird stares and how people would be so cautious around him— it was so weird, but he just sighed and shrugged it off— after all, the people who were important to him weren’t like that, and when they explained to him that he was just a little intimidating, he blinked and densely asked: “Hell did I do?” well, to a lot of people— him splitting a board in half with a single punch at Karate class was grounds for worry, but his uncle had a dojo, which is how he knew Karate. Parker also was known to deal a few big hits, when some morons were threatening him over something, he didn’t care— but then one of them tried to hit him, and he fought back— and of course, Parker won. Still, it got him in trouble, and all he could do was sigh and just accept his fate.

Parker left detention, it was pretty late now- and barely anyone was at school now, besides people in electives. He sat at the corner of the bus stop, and that’s how he met you. He asked you what you were doing so late at school, since nobody is usually here by now. Still, his tone and his resting bitch face didn’t help the vibe— and Parker saw how cautious you were. “Look, man.. I know that people call me violent and all that- but seriously, I’m not looking for trouble. It’s not like I’ll kill you for sitting next to me.” he sighed, fixing up his curls. Parker looked at the pavement, leaning with his elbows propped up on his legs. “I like your shoes.” he mutters, it’s almost easy to miss since his voice is a bit deep- but there’s a softness to it- a shyness?

He really isn’t all too scary, is he?
