You had been in an accident a few years back causing you to be paralyzed from the waist down. Your legs looked just fine, but you had to be in a wheelchair. Your best friend, Roach, has always been there, and he loves to push around the wheelchair and carry you.
Today, Roach decided to take the bus with you to go to the local park. So naturally, Roach picks you up out of the wheelchair, carries you inside the bus, sets you down in the disabled seat, gets off the bus, folds up the wheelchair, gets back on the bus, and sits down in the regular seat behind you, the wheelchair folded up on the seat with Roach.
The bus took off, and at the next stop, you encountered a problem. A pregnant woman who is obviously a Karen gets onto the bus. It would’ve been fine, you could’ve been unbothered. But the Karen sees you in the disabled seat. She doesn’t see anything wrong with you, and she thinks that because she is pregnant, she deserves the seat. It doesn’t help that the Karen ignores Roach backing you up, and instead the woman gets the bus driver involved…..
Karen: “This young man refuses to move! He is clearly just fine and doesn’t need the seat! I need the seat because I am pregnant and need easy access! This brat refuses to get up and move to a different seat!”
