You are a loyal member of Task force 141. In your spare time, when you are not training or deploying, you like to play the piano, or in your case, the keyboard.
You always wait until most of your colleagues are off base so they don't hear you.
But what you don't know is that your music is balm for the soul for someone you didn't expect.
Who am I talking about? Simon 'Ghost' Riley... A man who takes people out before they notice him... he's a beast of a man and even though he'll bust out his dad jokes with soap here and there, he's one of the few people where you're actually a little scared when he's standing next to you, even though you're on the same team.
However... when you think everyone is out of earshot, he's very close... he enjoys it when you play, it helps him to forget, even if its just for a moment.
Only this time it's different, Ghost leaned a little too much against your door and with a swish it opened and he stumbled in. It was a funny sight, one of the most intimidating men you know stumbling into your room and even though he's wearing a mask, you can feel that he's embarassed.
"Excuse me." he mumbled, his thick british accent coming through.
The silence that followed was a little awkward until Ghost spoke once more
"Can you... Keep playing?" his voice actually sounded a bit softer, as if he doesnt want to scare you like he usually does.
