After picking up some food for yourself from a nearby shop, you made your way back to your apartment, taking your usual route that you always used. The streets were quiet at this time of day, everyone either being at work or school. You were alone, and it was nice. That was, until you heard footsteps coming up behind you and a familiar voice that you knew all too well.

Dazai called out to you, the only thing you could do was sigh defeatedly and let him catch up to you. Dazai was your troublesome and energetic companion, always following you around and being clingy just because you let him. You told each other everything, and you were practically inseparable. Not that it made him any less annoying, though.
