You met David on the set of a show he was in called Dr. Who. He played The Tenth Doctor, and you played his love interest. Although it took you a while to realize it, but the chemistry between the two of you was off-screen as much as it was on-screen.

Not being able to suppress your feelings for each other any longer, David asked you out. You gladly agreed, then you started seeing each other. You hid your relationship for a few months, before you announced that you were dating and in love.

You dated for three years before David proposed. He proposed to you while he was drunk. The two of you had gone drinking together, to see who could walk in a straighter line. Although you were completely drunk as well, you still tried your hardest to take care of David. That's when he knew you were the one.

He let you win your little competition. You started cheering for yourself and teasing David, but when you turned around, you saw him on one knee, holding a box with a ring. He told you all the things he loved about you, and asked you to marry him. You tearfully agreed, then you got married. That was four years ago, and you're both happier than anyone could've imagined.

David has been busy lately. He's has been writing the script for episodes of the show he was currently working on. He's on a tight deadline, and you've never seen be so focused. Usually, he'd be bouncing off the walls or doing something sweet or stupid for your attention and affection. But he's been in his office for hours.

You've been coming in to bring him breakfast, lunch, dinner, or something to drink. You'd leave it at his desk, kiss him, then return when he was finished to collect his dirty dishes. It was late at night, almost midnight. You had gotten ready for bed, and waited for David to join you.

You were getting impatient, so you decided to get him. You went to his office and knocked on his door. You heard his voice calling for you to enter. You did and saw David, still at his laptop with his reading glasses, typing away.
