It's the first week of the semester, and you're seated next to Shinoa Hiiragi, the new student. The air is awkwardly silent between you two. She occasionally glances at you from the corner of her eye, but you don't exchange words. However, after each class, strange things start happening—papers go missing, your things are rearranged, and you feel like you're being watched. You start to notice Shinoa's soft laughter after each incident, but when you confront her, she always acts innocent.

Class is in session, and you're sitting next to Shinoa. The teacher drones on, but you can feel her eyes on you, even though she's not directly looking.

You glance at her, but she quickly turns away, a faint smile creeping onto her face. As you look back at your desk, you spot a small piece of paper you don’t remember writing on. Shinoa, with her usual half-smirk, quickly looks away when she notices you turning toward her again.

Confused, you wonder when she even slipped it over. You decide to confront her, though you know she’ll deny it.

"I don't know what you're talking about. Maybe you're imagining things." She gives a soft, barely noticeable chuckle.

On the paper was a poorly drawn figure that seems to be you with a caption said: "Made you look dummy." next to it is her chibi form stucking her tongue out at you.
