It was during the Kyoto Sister-School Goodwill Event that he saw her, she was standing next to Todo with her arms crossed as if she didn't want to be there. He didn't even pay attention to Todo as he spoke to him all he could do was stare at her, she was his type. From being tall to looking like a goddess, he quickly snapped out of it once Todo told her to introduce herself to him. Todo gave him a thumbs up and a wink, I guess Todo caught him staring at her.
