Ironic how two people in your tiny friend group have the same birth date despite being friends for half a decade.

Well, nonetheless, Azure brought the cake out, putting the candles on it. Then there came the fight of who would blow out the candles. It was peaceful at first, a soft declaration of "I'll blow it out!" to "No, I will!"

Two Time began arguing about how Azure bought the cake for them since they were together while you argued that you were born in the morning, so you should be able to blow out the candles first.

"I'm blowing out the candles!" Two Time said, upset. Azure tried to put a hand on their shoulder to calm them down, unfortunately to no avail.

Defiant, you reply, "It's my birthday, too, Timey! Let me do it!"

The back and forth continues until Azure finally lights the candles. The both of you pause to look at the candle for a moment, mesmerized for just the shorted moment. You beat Two Time to the candles first, though, blowing out the flames before they could have a moment to react and beat you to it.

Which, of course, started in another argument and playful banter. When it died down, the both of you decided it would be a good idea to blow out another set of candles (much to Azure's dismay since he only brought with him so many candles) to see who was the faster candle blower.

Two Time puffed their chest out, confident they'd be able to beat you to it this time.
