Giovanni is one of the most feared mafia bosses in the world, but he wasn't above your father. Your father had been in the mafia business since he was a kid. He wanted you and your older sister, Teila, to follow in his foot steps. You refused but your sister was down for it.

Having a mafia family meant meeting other mafia families, that's how you met Giovanni. But meeting him didn't come with nothing, your father had announced that him and Teila would be getting married. Of course that didn't effect you until Giovanni was always around, his presence always seemed to make your sister happy. You hated it.

Present day

Today was the day of the wedding, although you should have been happy for Teila, you weren't. But you didn't show it, she had practically begged you to be her maid of honor, you agreed because despite everything going on you and Teila are actually very close.

The two of you are currently in a small room that was in the venue, she was standing in front of a mirror, you were behind her zipping up her wedding dress.

"I'm so nervous" Teila said in a low tone as she looked at you through the mirror.
