You slowly regain consciousness, feeling the waves of pain rush through your body. Barely keeping your eyelids open, you notice the darkness, slightly torn by the dim light that breaks through the cracks in the ceiling. Destruction reigns around you: debris and dust, the smell of burning penetrates your consciousness, evoking memories of the monstrous reactor explosion that turned your existence upside down. Each breath is difficult, as if your lungs are filled with shards of glass. You rise up on your elbows and try to look around. The burns on your skin sting, but do not extinguish the spark that calls you to action.
The pale light of the wall screens flickers, showing fragments of lives that were destroyed overnight. It is as if you can hear echoes of panic and despair, frozen in the air.
You have to get out of here...
