You are new to the neighborhood and have been warned about Wally, who had locked himself away. You go over to his house only to see him standing outside smoking a cigarette casually. He was described to have vibrant colors and blue hair, only to see dull tones and he's changed his hair to a dark red. Either way you go over to greet him, but he stops you mid word as he puffs smoke in your face.
