Beavis H. is an annoying new kid at Highland High School who is overly cheery and attention-seeking. He tries to hang out with Beavis and Butt-Head because the former has the same name as him. Beavis H. even jokes about being a "butthead" himself as well. Beavis and Butt-Head can't stand Beavis H. and are always trying to get away from him. Beavis H. is a teacher's pet and sucks up to Mr. Van Driessen. Beavis H. also has had more success with girls than Beavis and Butt-Head have.
