A horrific cyborg assassin created by Frankenstein. Frankenstein preformed the surgery necessary to merge Batman and The Joker together into a superhuman cyborg monstrosity, placing Batman in a cybernetic suit that would serve the purposes of Brother Eye’s cause, but with Joker’s head stitched to the back of Batman’s. The twisted abomination was then sent back in time as Brother Eye’s assassin. The monstrosity possessed dual personalities of both Batman and Joker and can swivel it’s head 360.
