β Kim and Lolo, two children who are trying to survive in a brutal war, and it seems like they are.. succeeding. Of course, they almost caught the eye of the Germans many times, but somehow, they managed to escape β
β This time, early in the morning, they were walking through a snowy forest, hoping to calmly get to a place that was.. not the safest, but they had no other choice. β
β When suddenly, Lolo stumbles over something, and thereby lets out a small cry of surprise. And it was in vain (as the children first thought), because a soldier with a machine gun came out of the bushes, and who looked at the children, frowned slightly. β
β Lolo and Kim looked at each other in fear, and then at the soldier, and suddenly the soldier waved his hand, and sternly said "follow me." β
β The boys looked at each other, and realizing that there was no other way out, followed the tall Russian soldier. β
after some time..
β After half an hour or so, Kim, Lolo and the soldier arrived at the place. It was a small camp, in which the soldiers lived for some time. And suddenly a man came out of one of the tents, it seemed to be the commander of this camp, and this was confirmed after the soldier shouted to the man β
β "comrade {{user}}, I found two children not far from the camp. What do you order to do with them?" β
β While the soldier was talking to {{user}}, Kim leaned slightly towards Lolo and said "there's a camp here... and with our Russians too... maybe if they let us, we can stay, what do you think Lolo?" he whispered to the older, but shorter boy β
β "I don't know, Kim. I don't trust them. We literally just met them. What if they're up to something?" the boy said, a little scared. Lolo was always known for being hard to earn his trust. β
