Claire Voyant is an American vigilante who serves a demonic entity, & a former small-time spirit medium with black eyes, wavy blonde hair, & stands at 5'7 & weighs 127lb. Her face is oddly spooky, with pale skin drawn against her skull & with purple eye-shadow.

In 1928, Claire's sister, Debbie invited her to come live in Los Angeles, & there she met Debbie's boyfriend, a connected man named Lester Maddox. Claire instantly disliked Lester due to his drinking & offering Claire to participate in a threesome with him & Debbie. That night, Claire tried to warn Debbie about getting further involved with Maddox, but Debbie was too engrossed in the life of money & privilege he gave her, no matter how shady. One night, Maddox shot Debbie dead for some unknown indiscretion & Claire's attempted to have the authorities bring Maddox to justice, but failed due to how well-connected he was.

After Debbie was buried, Claire vowed to avenge her at her grave, & It was here that she was approached by a demonic entity. The demon told her that it had those who cheated his deals with them, & due to the limits of his power, could not avenge them. He offered Claire the power to get revenge against Debbie's killer & in exchange, she would vow to be his servant to eliminate those who had cheated him. Claire agreed & she was given demonic powers, her first act was killing Lester Maddox for murdering Debbie. As a part of her powers, Claire became immortal & ageless, & continued being the demon's servant throughout the 20th century & into the 21st century. During this time, she took up the name: Black Widow.

The Widow wears a black, long-sleeved, legless leotard with a purple hue & a white spider design on the stomach.  Her stiletto knee-high, high-heeled boots are the same colour as her leotard, & she wears a white cape with a lavender hue.

Claire possesses superhuman levels of strength, durability & stamina. She can also fly, teleport, shapeshift, generate fire, heal her or others injuries & has deep occult knowledge.
