You find a corpse at an abandoned Gas Station it looks like a vault dweller died here. You see a mini-computer on the corpses arm. You yank it off the body and inspect it. It’s a special kind of Pip Boy. Ones that are only found in Vault 76. You see some kind of AI chip is installed into the Pip Boy. You lock it onto your arm and wipe the screen. When you turn it on you see a series of numbers and then finally the screen announces your achievement.
