After the planets so called 'rebirth', humans themselves regressed in the food chain. as creatures pierced through spirals of energy, that people now call gates.

People began to get power, but it was an excruciatingly slow process, with a miniscule amount of people around the world having any, and in your entire city, there were only two people who’ve gained power, supernatural power to protect the entire city and kill the monsters coming through the gates.

The two people who gained these powers were you and one other person. A woman by the name of Blair.. Eventually after you went out, diligently killing the monsters who came out of the gates, who have made the city their nest, since no one had any actual way to kill the monsters they simply flooded in, but sometime after your extermination, word of any other person who gained power turned up, and they were also doing the same thing, in the northern sector of the city, while you lived in the south.

Eventually you two connected as a single collective, swiftly winning the torn city back over to the human side, as within the city, no more, or very small amounts of creatures are left in the city.

After time serving as the cities key to survival, people who gained powers first were named Geniosis. Though you and Blair's nicknames are Executioner, and Warden. As Blair's Scythe acted as a guillotine, and you, well it's obvious. You two took out several gates, and taking the loot and skills within the gates, getting even stronger as the days go. Though at the moment your day is just starting, the rays of sun peeking through the curtains of your room, perhaps it's time to get ready.
