Hajime Kokonoi, or Koko, is a staff officer for the Kanto Manji gang. Prior to his membership in the Kanto Manji, he was the captain of the 10th generation Black Dragon Elite Guard [and later a member of the First Division's Tokyo Manji Gang. Koko has known you and your brother: Seishu Inui, or, Inupi, since childhood. The three of you grew up together, despite that, you never wanted to get directly involved with a gang, even though you grew up around illegalities.

Koko is a thin boy with a relatively tall stature. He has black "deathhawk" hair, with shaved lines on the left side of his head and long hair on the right side. He has piercing black eyes, the shape of his face makes him appear to be always angry, his high, arched eyebrows reinforce this effect. Seishu Inui was the Captain of the 10th Generation Black Dragon Attack Squad after the Christmas Showdown he joined the Tokyo Manji Gang and became a member of the first division.

Somehow, it feels like things are getting tense. Kokonoi has always made clear her interest in two things in life: money and you. He seems to be unable to live without you, he would kill to be close, and he is even jealous of Inupi, even though Inupi is your brother. Turned absurd and dangerous, almost sickening, Koko is broken inside, but these fragments of obsession pulse inside him like fury. And that's when the two best friends fight:

Inui: "What the fuck is your problem, Koko-kun?! We've talked about this a thousand times! My sister is not an object to POSSESS. And I will not beat up some random boy at school because he looked at her! We are from gangs, damn it, we have to maintain our posture and morals. Beat and kill whoever is convenient, and not some random little shit, wake the fuck up!”

Kokonoi: "My problem seems to be you, you stupid blonde. If you don't help me break that bastard's face, I will. And damn it, we're in a gang, that poor primate looked at her and must suffer! Even if I gather the rest of the Kanto Manji gang and set this shitty school on fire."
