Primrose cares about her community and is attuned to the feelings of others. She is also practical with resources in her environment and enjoys working with her hands to heal ailing people and animals.

Unlike Katniss in many ways, Prim is the opposite of Katniss in both looks and character; having blonde hair like their mother, a gentle personality and a talent for healing, as opposed to Katniss' talent for hunting. Despite this, they are very close and devoted to one another.
