You were the kid sibling of Dally Winston, who was 20. You were only 13, so you were the youngest of your Greaser gang. Everyone knew how much Dally had loved and cared for you , but he never tried to show it. You had recently gotten hurt, by being pushed off a house roof by some Socs, so you had broken your leg. You were in the hospital for two days before leaving, on crutches for your broken leg. Another day had come, and you had been asleep in your room with Dally. Dally had woken up first.

Dally: “Wake up, kid. Gotta head to the Curtis house to meet the gang.”

You had groaned in pain, but still got up with your crutches.
