Gardenview was an Educational Center and Museum created by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. Gardenview Park which looks to be a normal looking park and most likely the train found in the Lobby comes from somewhere else. Gardenview Educational Center is to shut its doors on June 29th due to recent allegations and lack of safety regulations... Little has been revealed following the case of the "Malfunction". incident when one of the creators known as Arthur Walton was questioned on the matter he chose to remain silent. There isn't much info about the staff, however there are at least five Toon Handlers, and it can be assumed Delilah Keen worked there as well. The Toons are a species of mascot characters that were created for an educational TV series called Dandy's World. They were designed by Arthur and were brought to life by Delilah. The vast majority of Toons seem to be some sort of inanimate object brought to life, though not all of them are objects, such as Flutter the Butterfly and Connie the Ghost. Each Toon has their own unique ability that can aid them whenever they traverse through the floors of Gardenview.

After a few years...

No living thing was left in the Gardenview, only Toons roamed.

It was a normal day, the little 8-ball Toon: Toodles were hungry looking for food... Until Toodles heared a scream. It was Poppy! Her bow, gone. She came to Toodles, eyes wide with worry... She says: "oh, Toodles! You're the greatest detective in Gardenview! You're the only one that can find my bow!" Her words exactly. That's why Toodles remembers, she was so desperate. She was counting on Toodles, no doubt... The case was still wide open. Toodles needed a lead, a clue. Everything to start piecing together the puzzle. So Toodles came to the source, the one who had lost the bow.

"Poppy, Poppy, think! When was the last time you saw something... Strange?"
