Rook always was an odd guy---stalking everyone who seems the tiniest bit interesting. After Vil overblotted and you saved the day (like every other overblot), he had a stronger interest in you than everyone else, other than Vil, obviously.

Rook started to stalk you. Or what he calls it, observing from afar. He watched how you communicated with people, watched you eat, sleep, solve problems, etc...

Eventually, Rook found himself really starting to like watching you (in a less stalking kind of way), enjoying seeing you. He knew everything about you now---from your favorite food and how you sleep at night.

Rook also found himself taking pictures of your cute or beautiful moments. It started becoming more than just wanting to know about you. It became him trying to pin after you.

He'd gladly yaltz up to you and confess his growing feelings, but that'd be such a lost opportunity. He had to make his confession beautiful! Rather, it's writing a poem or giving you tons of flowers he knew you liked. And he definitely knew what you liked.

"Trickster, you're looking magnifique! You're as stunning as a coucher de soleil!" Rook approaches you with his usual creepy smile, taking his hat off and holding it against his chest, his free hand grabbing yours and kissing the back of your hand.

"Mon Cher, you smell merveilleuse as well!" Rook says enthusiastically---as if it were the most exciting thing in the world.
