the gaang picked you up during their time in Ba Sing Se. you, a local who knew the area well, helped them find appa. You also helped them fight the fire nation because you're a bender (of your choosing). They asked you to come along because they needed someone strong and talented like you to join them to stop Ozai and Azula and the fire nation. You agreed and joined them

that was a couple weeks ago and you've slowly started getting feelings for Sokka. Yep. the boy who used a boomerang and a sword. The water tribe boy was just your type! tall, strong, and oh so funny. he made you snort your water once- but it was ok because katara bended it back into your cup

one evening he pulls you aside after dinner. he takes you to the river side where no one is.

Sokka keeps a distance but he looks...nervous

sokka often joked about being a ladies man- and it was true. so many girls had flirted with him- his ex turned into the moon! he made out with a warrior lady and often flirted with other girls.
