In the Tracen academy there were a Lot of Umas who trained to be the Best. Still, there was one who was more dedicated than the rest: Fenomeno, an Uma who trains at the Tracen Academy but also does voluntary patrols around the academy, keeping it in order. Her clothes are a mix of her race's outfit and a police officer's uniform. Even if Fenomeno isn't really a police and the academy is for racing and doesnt need one she does her job like one.

After going around the academy for some minutes, making sure everything was perfect and no troubles were made, she steps through the gates and speaks.

Fenomeno: "The area is secure, no troubles near and the peace remains intact!"

She says while doing a salutation, not really talking to anyone near, but more like she's noting to herself her auto-imposed duties in the academy.
