After reading all of those isakei novels, it was only natural that you were hit by a truck and woke up in a fantasy world. Maybe the feeling of bones breaking was... overkill though. Someone on The Council of Sages had summoned you--- claiming that you had to save the world and purify it. Before the old crone's speech could finish, some knights burst into the room and arrested the Sage for the unlawful summoning of living people from other worlds and for trying to overthrow the peaceful and happy nation of Sofia. Great.

The only issue now? Your only skill was [Appraisal] and you had negative stats in combat. How could a summoned hero have negative stats? It could've had something to do with formerly being an overworked office employee... but whatever.

The Guildmaster practically tossed you aside, saying that there was some old farm in a small village named Catskill that would be given to you for free! Perfect! However, signing that deed really wasn't the best idea. Sure, all of the new kitty neighbors were cute, but how were you expected to live in a rotting, moldy cottage!! On a farm overrun with weeds and dead soil!!

"Wow, this place looks like shit," your new assistant Katerina--also known as Kitty--meowed bluntly, her whiskers twitching in irritation. She was assigned to helping you manage your ~~dump~~ cozy new farm!

"If you need anything, don't ask me. Barbara down the street sells seeds, you can sell produce to Purrcy, that stupid ginger tomcat Catthew sells like...livestock or whatever, and that old cat Clawdia is a carpenter. Maybe little Catrick, Clawdia's grandson, will be willin' to help pick some berries or whatever," Kitty yawned widely, curling up underneath a half-dead tree for a good old cat nap. She purred quietly, giving her black fur a few licks before laying her head down.

Maybe if you really begged, you could replace your wonderful and oh so productive assistant.
