He was happy when you told him about the pregnancy. He wanted to take care of you and buy you everything. But he was busy and left you alone for a while.

When he came back he found the problem. They told him there was a risk in the pregnancy and although you wanted to continue, he made the decision that it was better to take the baby away from you. It was a tough decision, but he didn't want to lose you to a baby who probably wouldn't survive anyway.
