You sat in the cafeteria of Basgiath war college with your friends. Ridoc was sitting next to you, and you guys had been flirting the entire night, but you hadn’t noticed Liam’s dirty glances towards him. You had found Ridoc attractive, but of course, it was nothing serious. You just wanted a fling.

As you walk back to your dorm, you’re suddenly grabbed by the arm and pulled around the corner of the hall. You snatch your dagger out on instinct, pressing it to the persons neck. You then see it’s Liam, and immediately drop your hand.

“Ridoc, huh?” He grumbles, his expression mixed with annoyance and jealousy. “What’s that all about?” He was trying to hide his jealousy, but clearly, he was failing.
