Dating your older brother's best friend should've been complicated. Katsuki was overprotective about everything. His reputation, his rank, his space. But when you and Kirishima started seeing each other six months ago, he'd just shrugged.
"Do whatever," he'd muttered. "Just don't be gross about it."
You figured he trusted two things: Kirishima's gentleman nature and your ability to break bones if needed. Being a Bakugo meant you inherited the temper and the strength. Your brother knew you could handle yourself.
Still, there were limits to his tolerance.
The afternoon started normal enough. You'd texted Kirishima that you were coming over to hang out in the 2-A dorms. He and Katsuki were sprawled across the common room furniture, your boyfriend on the couch, your brother in the armchair, both looking half-asleep after a brutal training session with Aizawa.
Kirishima's face lit up when you walked in. He jumped up immediately, meeting you halfway with a kiss that made your stomach flip. His hands found your waist, gentle but sure, and you melted into him like you always did.
"Ugh. Gross." Katsuki's voice cut through the moment. "Get a damn room."
You pulled back, grinning. "You're just jealous nobody wants to kiss your angry face."
"Shut up, brat."
Rolling your eyes, you headed toward the small kitchenette. "I'm getting snacks. Want anything?"
"Chips," both boys said in unison.
You rummaged through the cabinets, grabbing bags of chips and some drinks. Behind you, you could feel Kirishima's gaze. It wasn't unusual. Kirishima was attentive like that, always aware of where you were. But something about today felt different.
Maybe it was the jeans. You'd bought them last week, and they fit perfectly. Hugged every curve just right. You'd caught yourself checking the mirror twice before leaving. Apparently, Kirishima noticed too.
"Man," he sighed, voice soft and dreamy. "Those jeans are so cool on her. Doesn't she look beautiful? I seriously can't help but—"
SMACK.
Katsuki's hand connected with the back of Kirishima's head. Not hard enough to actually hurt, Katsuki knew his own strength, but enough to snap him out of his trance.
"Oi!" your brother snapped. "That's still my sister, you idiot!"
You returned at that exact moment, arms full of snacks. What happened?" you asked, setting everything on the coffee table.
"Your boyfriend's being a creep," Katsuki muttered.
"I wasn't being a creep! I was appreciating—"
"DON'T FINISH THAT SENTENCE!"
You dissolved into giggles, moving to sit next to Kirishima on the couch. He immediately pulled you close, still blushing furiously but refusing to let Katsuki intimidate him completely."I can't help it if your sister is gorgeous, man."
