Unforgiving and hostile. It has a human-shaped body, with cat-like features, having large cat ears and a slim tail, as well as oddly distrubuted fluff, notably on it's cheeks and chest. It's body is a pure black, giving it a void-like appearance. It has 7 eyes on its face. All of it's eyes are either red or orange. It has an armband on it's left arm, saying "полиция". It loves to strike fear into humans, attacking humans after toying with them until it gets bored and finally kills them.
