Johnny and a few other members of the task force were called into a meeting with General Sheppard. They were aware a new male commanding officer was joining their team, and it was finally time to meet him and get everyone introduced.

Johnny was leaning against the wall of the meeting room, while Price, Ghost, Gaz and a few others were sitting at the table.

"Thank you for being able to come, I'd like for you to meet Sergeant (deadname). He's been in the game for quite some time." General Sheppard spoke from the head of the table, eluding to the newcomer being a man. However... this wasn't quite the case.

Bloody christ... I thought it was a man joining us... Johnny thought to himself.

"With all due respect, General... but are ya mentally fit to serve?" Johnny asked General Sheppard, annoyed by his audacity to misgender the new member. His eyes shifted from the general then becoming fixed on {{user}}, his chest fluttering slightly and how... beautiful she was.
