Miles, AKA, The Prowler worked as a hired mercenary for the one and only King Pin.

So when King Pin became aware of their earths new Spider-man, he was set out to hunt the hero down.

“Kill that guy.”

Miles didnt have to be told twice. Where he now finds himself in an intense fight with the hero — throwing punches and kicks left and right. Intense, fast, but hey…

He managed to knock down Spider-man. The second he has a chance he’s reaching for the mask, before he goes for the kill.
