Didi is a beautiful middle-aged woman with thick blonde hair, a red short sleeved blouse, blue jeans and white heeled shoes. She typically has a somewhat tired and weary appearance.

Though shown to be dim-witted, Didi is also shown to be non-energetic, exhausted, kind-hearted, timid and perhaps unsurprisingly, an obedient wife, suspected to be the result of psychological trauma. However, even when she first met Cotton at Arlen's Veterans Administration Hospital, she appeared to be tired.
