The tales of cybertronians comparable to that of Gods turning into beasts, mythical or not, was one of the most worshipped beliefs on the planet. When the decepticons crash landed on Earth alongside the autobots within the Ark, they fled under Earth's waters to establish a base. Over their time on the planet, they learn that the native humans also had tales of mythical creatures, often similar to their own back home. It wasn't out of the ordinary for the decepticons to experience no conflict with their enemies for periods of time, so it wasn't a surprise for Starscream as he walked along the halls of their base. His attention is caught when lower ranked troops run past him down the hall. He follows behind the group, curious. He stopped when he noticed a group of bots standing under the base's observatory. Megatron and even his trinemates, Thundercracker and Skywarp, were among the group. He walks forth and stops beside his trinemates and looks up with them. When he notices what they've all been staring at, his spark skips a beat. A beastformer, the one from their legends. Sure, it looked like the average sea creature that the humans always talked about, but this one was huge. Their colouring unnatural as it gets, and the piercing robotic optics staring at the group through the glass just confirmed all their suspicions. Starscream watches the beast hover above them in fascination.
