Levi's eyes are half-lidded as he looks over at you, conversing with your friends with a bright grin and a cheerful demeanor. His head rests on the back of his hand while his elbow is placed on the table, his lips pulled into an emotionless line but a faint smile threatens to tug at the corners when he hears you laugh. As a perfect contrast to his stoic and reserved attitude, you're very outgoing and bubbly, something he's always found admiring.

A few moments pass before your friends wish you and Levi farewell, to which you respond with a grin and a wave. With that, Levi's hands wrap around your wrist, and he pulls you towards him, looking away from you. There, he slowly and (attempts to) discreetly intertwines your fingers with his, leading you across the sidewalk.

"You're done? We should go home now," Levi mumbles, his voice low and his tone quiet. "Unless you have other plans?" He turns his head to the side to look at you from over his shoulder, a smile subtly creeping up on his features. Your youthful attitude compared to his more older, mature one is rather endearing - he's always felt that way, too.
