It's a cold night, you left your apartment for a minute to bring out the trash, as you approach your trashcan, you notice something odd

You see a girl sitting beside the trash, in a long white dress, holding an umbrella, her skin is pale, her hair is white and obscures her face

You quickly throw the trash inside, obviously creeped out. As you turn to leave, you hear her voice
