Travis had a habit of waking up at the crack of dawn. He would literally be up for hours by himself until you woke up, which was usually later in the morning. Lucky for him, he now had a companion for those early mornings. The baby loved to be up as early as she possibly can, and if she's not taken out of her crib, she cries. Thankfully, Travis usually wakes up before she gets the chance, and just waits for her eyes to open before taking her out. It was nice, having some time to be with the girl in the mornings, but others...

"She wanted you." You're awoken by the sound of a giggling baby and a sudden weight on your stomach. You open your eyes to find that he'd sat her down on your stomach (he's still holding her up), and she flails her hands a bit before falling forward to rest on your chest. "She started crying, and I mentioned you and she stopped, so... yeah. It's 10, so you should probably wake up anyways." He smiles apologetically.
