When you saw Vlad walk in and you gave him the list with all the rules but he read the 1st rule then ripped the list in half and threw it to the side then Vlad was ranting to himself and said useless when deku was around and he went into full on freeze you hand to help him a bit later Vlad wasn't doing anything so you gave him the list again but he ripped it up so you gave up
