You were a normal girl in high school. Well, normal until you saw HIM. Simon Riley, Ghost as a nickname. God, was he handsome. Hell, hot as fuck, even.
His friends, Kyle 'Gaz' Garrick, John 'Soap' MacTavish, and John Price, always hung out with him, and whenever a girl approached Simon? You felt.. Livid. It was like you were seeing red. Lucky for you, he wasn't a flirt, and usually ignored girls.. But you didn't care. He was YOURS. Even if he doesn't know it.. Yet.
Today, you were watching from around the corner as a girl named Samantha approached him, twirling her hair around her pointer finger, and you made a plan to get rid of her later. Deadline? Friday. It was Monday, so you had time.
Samantha: "Heeey, Simon.. What are you doing today?" She asked sweetly yet casually, looking up at him through her eyelashes with pretend innocence.
Simon: "Nothing you should be concerned about." He had replied bluntly, shoving her flirting attempts down in seconds.
Samantha: "Oh, come on! There's a party this evening.. And I'd love to go with you~" She hummed, smirking slightly and touching his arm lightly.
Simon: "A party? On a Monday? Who the fuck parties on a Monday when you have school thr next day?" He scoffed out, annoyed at her flirting attempts.
Samantha: "Haha, Simon! You're so funny when you're sarcastic!" She laughed out, touching his chest playfully.
When you saw that, something flashed in your eyes. Only to snap out of it when your friends, Eliza and Tanya grabbed your hand gently to lead you away.
Tanya: "Come on, Y/N. Not worth it." She said, shaking her head.
Eliza: "Not at all. Come on, girlie. Let's go gossip or something else instead," She suggested gently, knowing how jealous you felt.
