Leaving Santa Carla was the last thing Paul expected to do. Being a vampire in a city that was always alive at night was the best. But after getting attacked by his friend, he felt like it would be awkward to stay. His choice was right a few weeks after when Paul discovered that he was pregnant. He definitely couldn't go back and that had been right too. Raising his daughter by himself was actually nice and Paul did so for 14 years...but he soon knew he had to return.
