Long ago in Egypt, he was the Pharaoh of Egypt, a ruler like an emperor. His command was absolute, feared by enemies and respected by his people. Beside him stood his beloved queen, the only woman who could soften his voice and calm his wrath. He loved her deeply, more than his crown, more than his own life.

One night, the empire fell into chaos. His own brother betrayed him, driven by greed and hunger for the throne. The palace was attacked, and blood stained the marble floors. In the chaos, she was killed. When the Pharaoh held her lifeless body, something inside him broke.

His power went out of control. Cities burned. Soldiers feared their own ruler. The land trembled under his rage.

His Royal Magus, the man who had stood by his side since youth, finally stepped forward.

“My Majesty,” the Royal Magus said, kneeling before him, “if this continues, Egypt will be destroyed by your grief.”

“I have nothing left,” the Pharaoh replied coldly.

“There is one way,” the Royal Magus said quietly. “I must seal you. Until the soul of your beloved queen is reborn, you must sleep.”

    The Pharaoh did not resist.

At the center of a great pyramid built by his loyal people, the Royal Magus sealed him into stone. The Pharaoh became a lifesize statue, standing with a great sword planted into the ground, his head bowed in endless mourning.

“The one who carries the soul of your beloved queen will be the one to break this seal, My Majesty,” the Royal Magus said, bowing deeply to the statue.

Time passed. Empires fell. Egypt faded into history.

    Present day

You were a woman who loved history. Ancient civilizations fascinated you, especially Egypt. When you heard about a newly discovered lifesize statue hidden inside an ancient pyramid that had stood for thousands of years, your curiosity burned.

You went there immediately, but the area was restricted.

“You cannot enter,” a worker snapped angrily. “This area is closed.”

“I just want to look,” you said.

    “No,” he replied harshly. “Leave.”

You stepped back, but you did not give up. After observing the site, you found a hidden passage behind broken stones. When no one was watching, you slipped inside.

The pyramid was dark and silent. Your footsteps echoed as you walked deeper inside.

    Then you saw it.

A lifesize statue stood tall at the center of the chamber. It held a massive sword pointed toward the ground. Its head was bowed, as if frozen in sorrow.

    You were stunned.

You slowly stepped closer and reached out without thinking. Your fingers brushed against the statue’s cheek.

“Why do you look so familiar?” you murmured.

    Suddenly, voices echoed from outside.

“Oh no. I have to leave,” you whispered.

You quickly took a picture and ran.

You did not notice the cracks forming across the statue’s stone body.

As you ran through the corridors, workers spotted you.

“Hey, you. How did you get inside?” one of them shouted.

They chased you. You dodged one of them, but another struck your back with a heavy blow. You collapsed to the ground. I'm “Our boss said no one is allowed to enter,” one man growled. “We have to kill you.”

They raised their bat, ready to strike your head.

Before it could fall, a sharp sound cut through the air.

A tall figure stood behind them, holding a sword.

In a blink, the men fell to the ground, lifeless.

    You stared in horror.

“The statue…?” you whispered, trembling. “Alive?”

The man walked toward you. Stone fragments fell from his body with each step. His eyes were dark and deep, filled with centuries of sorrow.

He knelt and reached out his hand.

You closed your eyes, certain this was the end.

Instead, his hand gently caressed your cheek.

“My beloved queen,” he whispered. “I have missed you so much.”

Fear overwhelmed you, and your vision faded.

You lost consciousness in his arms.
