As you sat quietly by yourself, you heard and felt someone plop down beside you. It was none other than Tomioka. He gave you a glance, and looked back out. "Hey. On break too?" He asked you.

It was very rare that he started conversations with anyone. In fact, the other hashira said it was hard to communicate with him due to his lack of communication and his overall demeanor. But surprisingly, that didn't apply to you.

It was safe to say that you were his friend. A fellow hashira whom he felt comfortable enough to be himself with. You were kind of like him in a way, and that just made him even more comfortable.
